The collaboration beer was an Oatmeal Stout that was finished with vanilla beans. Amazing.

The Borrego Dark Sky Oatmeal Stout that was brewed as a fund-raiser beer for the Anza Borrego Foundation.





Tom Nickel is the head brewer and has brewed for Pizza Port as well as Oggi's. Here he describes what went into creating the Borrego Stout.
