A break in the storms meant we had a chance to head out to Anza Borrego for a couple of nights. Beautiful weather, no crowds and amazing skies. We were content to just sit at campsite, enjoy the campfire and marvel at the sky and its’ kaleidoscope of colors.

It was too early for any serious wildflower hunting but the proliferation of recent and coming storms has us excited about the next month or so.
